1. Definition of Copper Alloy Oilless Bushing

It is a self-lubricating bearing manufactured with high-tensile brass as the base material and graphite as the solid lubricant.

2. Product Composition

Base material: High-tensile Brass (SP2)

Lubricant: Graphite

3. Application Scenarios

Suitable for operating conditions requiring relatively heavy loads, low speeds, or multiple composite motions including linear and rotary movement.

4. Product Features

(1) Low maintenance frequency

(2) High load capacity and excellent impact resistance

(3) Thin bushing wall, enabling compact structural design

(4) Adaptable to linear motion, rotary motion and various composite motions

(5) Capable of operating under harsh temperature conditions (high & low temperature) and special environments such as liquid immersion

5. Product Selection Guidelines

(1) Operating environment: working temperature, load, operating speed, service frequency, and availability of additional oil lubrication

(2) Select bushing dimensions and shape

(3) Confirm service life and reliability requirements of the bearing

6. Installation Instructions

(1) Before assembly, ensure no foreign contaminants exist on surfaces of the bushing and housing bore. The housing bore surface should be kept as smooth as possible to prevent scratches during assembly.

(2) Apply a small amount of lubricant on the outer surface of the bushing before fitting. Slowly press the bushing into place using a fixture (hydraulic press or bench vise recommended). Direct hammering on the bushing is prohibited to avoid deformation.

(3) For heavy-load and reciprocating motion applications, screw fixation of the bushing is recommended.

7. Maintenance

Periodically apply lubricating oil and inspect wear level.

8. Precautions

(1) Operating temperature range of copper alloy oilless bushings

Without supplementary oil lubrication: -40 ~ 200°C

With regular oil lubrication: -40 ~ 150°C

(2) Tolerance selection for mating shaft

For inner bore tolerance F7 bushing:

Shaft tolerance d8: General use (heavy load)

Shaft tolerance e7: General use (light load)

Shaft tolerance f8: High-precision application

Shaft tolerance g6: High-precision application (intermittent motion)

For inner bore tolerance G6 bushing:

Shaft tolerance g6: High-precision application

9. Application Examples

(1) Automotive industry: Paint lines, hangers for assembly conveyor lines, welding tooling & fixtures

(2) Food, medical & cosmetic industry: Labeling machines, filling machines, capping machines, packaging machines, inspection machines, weighing machines

(3) Factory automation equipment: Parts feeders, cutting machines, processing machines, assembly machines

(4) Logistics equipment: Forklifts, AGVs, conveyor systems

(5) Other industries: New energy, molds, testing equipment, industrial robots, chuck mechanisms, lifting mechanisms, various guide and connection assemblies
