Q: How can I get the tracking number for my shipment?
Log in to the FORRUN website and go to My Quote / Order History at the top right of the homepage. Click Search, locate your order, then click Show Details. The tracking link will be shown next to the part number.
Q: I didn't receive a Sales Order Confirmation. How do I know my order was processed?
If your Purchase Order is submitted during business hours, you should receive a Sales Order Confirmation the same day. If not, please contact Customer Service.
Important: Please do not resend your order to avoid duplication.
Q: How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and product type. For estimated transit times via UPS, please visit the UPS website and use their Transit Time tool to check delivery estimates to your location.
Q: Where can I track my order?
Log in to your account.
Click the account icon at the top right of the page.
Under the Account History & Billing section, click Track a Shipment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How can I request invoices, statements, credit card receipts, or packing lists?

Q: How can I get a proof of delivery (POD)?
Check the tracking number listed on your invoice.
For UPS or FedEx, go to their websites, click on Tracking, enter the tracking number, and search.
For other carriers, email your request to yangjie@forrun.cn
Q: How can I get a packing list or a refund?
Please email yangjie@forrun.cn for assistance.
Q: I forgot my password.
Click Forgot Password, enter your login ID and registered email address. You'll receive an email with a reset link.
Q: I just registered, but I can't log in.
Make sure you've received and clicked the confirmation email. Check your inbox, spam, or junk folders. If you still haven’t received the email, contact us at yangjie@forrun.cn.
Q: My order is shipping to the wrong address, even though I added a new one. Why?
All new shipping addresses must be registered by FORRUN Customer Service. Once verified, you will receive an updated order confirmation.
