Capital‑intensive production procedures such as precision grinding, heat treatment and precision machining are implemented at our Class‑A designated manufacturing bases, which have passed strict on‑site assessment, qualification verification and graded admission review.

For production management, FORRUN has built a comprehensive outsourced‑manufacturing governance system. All cooperating production bases gain access only after multi‑dimensional audits on equipment capacity, production scale, quality management system and site management. Uniform FORRUN‑developed drawings, process sheets, working‑procedure specifications and inspection criteria are issued for every order. Outsourced manufacturers are prohibited from modifying machining parameters or process schemes without authorization. We implement a dynamic management mechanism featuring on‑site patrol inspection, sampling inspection for critical processes, monthly performance evaluation and elimination of underperforming partners. Multi‑base capacity backup is deployed to fundamentally guarantee process consistency, stable product quality and reliable delivery performance.

In terms of quality assurance, we have established a full‑process quality‑control system consisting of independent IQC incoming material inspection, IPQC in‑process control and OQC finished‑product full inspection. Our laboratory is equipped with complete capabilities for dimension re‑measurement, hardness testing, assembly trial fitting, ageing validation and defect analysis. All products are delivered under our proprietary brand “FORRUN”. We independently issue product certificates and factory inspection reports. FORRUN holds full authority over product‑standard interpretation, quality judgement and final quality liability, and such liabilities shall not be transferred under the entrusted‑processing model. The whole process supports factory audit, traceability, closed‑loop handling and iterative improvement.

1Process R&D Capability

We own independent capabilities in working condition analysis, structural optimization, tolerance matching, as well as heat treatment and surface treatment process definition. Without relying on third-party manufacturers’ technologies, we develop customized process solutions according to customers’ actual equipment operating conditions. 2Standardized Intelligent Manufacturing Control

Adopting the in-house process output plus Class-A designated manufacturing base model, we implement a rigorous supplier management system covering factory admission assessment, on-site patrol inspection, performance evaluation and dynamic elimination mechanisms. All production strictly follows FORRUN self-developed drawings and process specifications, prohibiting arbitrary parameter modification and non-standard production. This mechanism guarantees consistent quality and stable performance across all batches.

3Full-Chain Quality Control System

We operate a full-process quality assurance system including IQC incoming inspection, IPQC in-process control and OQC finished product inspection. In-house testing capabilities cover dimension re-verification, hardness testing, assembly trial fitting, aging validation and failure analysis. All products are delivered under the FORRUN brand with official qualification certificates and factory inspection reports. FORRUN retains full authority over quality judgment, standard interpretation and final quality responsibility without liability transfer.
